Shipping & Handling:

We roast to order because we want you to have the freshest coffee possible! We roast every Tuesday and ship products by Friday.

Ex: If you place an order on Thursday you order will be roasted on the following Tuesday.

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive tracking info via the email you provided, please allow 5-10 days before reaching out to us on any questions on the whereabouts of your orders.

If you have any questions or need to modify your order before we fulfill it, please reach out to us at: orders@portlandcaphe.com. Note: once you receive tracking info, we cannot modify your order.

Returns:

All coffee bag purchases are final sale.

Missing or damaged items:

If you receive your order and find that you are missing an item or an item has been damaged, please reach out to us at: orders@portlandcaphe.com
